A. Express Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to us, either directly on a web form, verbally to an agent, or via a third-party lead generation form that explicitly includes a consent disclosure, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Ashley Insurance Agency and its agents.

You consent to receive marketing, promotional, and informational text messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or other technology. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

B. Program Description

Our text messages include, but are not limited to:

Follow-up communications regarding insurance quotes and inquiries.

Policy service and administrative updates (e.g., payment reminders, renewal notices).

Scheduling confirmations and appointment reminders.

Occasional promotional offers for insurance products.

C. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your activity, current policy status, and engagement with our agency. You may receive multiple messages per week during the quote process and fewer messages for ongoing policy servicing.

D. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent to you from us and to any messages you send to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your mobile carrier.

E. User Representation

You represent that you are the mobile phone account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number in the Program. You agree to notify us immediately if you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the authorized user of the number.

F. STOP and HELP Commands (Opt-Out)

To Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive any further messages from that specific text message program.

For Help: For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any text message you receive, or contact us using the contact information provided below.

G. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SMS Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

H. No Coverage Binding or Amending

You acknowledge that no binding coverage or amendment to any insurance policy can be made via text message. All coverage binding or changes must be confirmed by an agent and documented via formal means (e.g., written endorsement or binder).
