Meet Our Team
Ashley Philipp
Ashley grew up in a small town in Texas, learning from a young age the values and integrity that rural communities demand. She played all sports: volleyball, basketball, softball, and track, and was a drummer in her 1A school band. She worked part time at her parent's insurance company growing up, worked full time there after college, and now runs her own company. She brings the values she grew up with: honesty, caring and team-focus, with the industry knowledge afforded few people her age to Ashley Insurance Agency.
Wade Smith
Wade has over 25 years in the insurance industry and has seen a lot of changes. One thing that has not changed is creating a relationship between client and agent, listening and solving problems in a way where "insurance is assurance". He believes that insurance plays a vital role in protecting the vital assets in human lives: like their home, life, children and health. He insists on being an independent agent, so he can find the very best policies for the very best price.
